A delicious Pumpkin Pie rendition! This will be wonderful for dessert after Thanksgiving dinner.
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup pumpkin filling
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Beat cream cheese, pumpkin, sugar, spices and vanilla extract in
small mixer bowl until blended. Add eggs; beat well. Pour into ready made pie pan. Bake 30
to 35 minutes or until. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
